Welcome to Moriah in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ
At a prayer meeting in Moriah on the 31st October 1904, GOD in the power of the HOLY SPIRIT came down and visited Loughor and the land of Wales in mighty power. This God-given Revival had a tremendous effect on the people of the locality, on the whole land of Wales and indeed world-wide. The Revival was not confined to these two years (they were the main years) - the Revival meetings continued for years afterwards. Neither was the Revival confined to Wales alone - it spread worldwide. GOD has not changed and is still able and mighty to do the same again today as He did in 1904 as He is doing in different parts of the world today. We pray that He will extend His mercy on our land and pray for another visitation of the Holy Spirit. This we do in the sure knowledge that our GOD answers prayer. |
